How does it work?

We offer an initial consultation. This can be done in person or remotely depending on your location & preferences. In this meeting we discuss your self storage business, it’s needs and how StorKeeper can assist. From this meeting we build a custom proposal tailored to your facility.

How involved do I need to be?

As much or as little as you like.

We have some clients who handover the keys and just want a monthly update. Others prefer to still handle the day-to-day but want office support outsourcing payroll and accounts. Whilst some just want a strategic review at the end of the quarter.

The benefit of StorKeeper is we are a responsive and adaptable service, ultimately we are guided by your business needs and how much you want to be involved.

What experience does StorKeeper have?

Before starting StorKeeper we ran a multi-facility self storage business for over six years. This involved everything from front of house customer support, through to business development, marketing, recruitment and strategic direction.

Combined with an extensive experience in accounting and bookkeeping. This brings a unique perspective in both the day-to-day running of a facility and the overall management and strategic direction.

We use these skills to tailor support for our clients as every business has it’s own uniqueness and there isn’t a one size fits all approach.

Can I keep my branding if I work with you?

Yes, of course! We understand all the hard work you’ve put into your brand and we enhance your business by becoming a representative of your brand.

This approach saves our clients time and money. We also plan for the long-term & should you wish to take things back on or sell the business, there’s not a costly off-boarding process either where you feel stuck using our services.

Can I use StorKeeper as a short-term or once off solution?

Yes! We fully tailor our service to your business needs. So once off or short-term services are part of our offering too.

This is great for if you’re looking for an overall business review, once off industry specific training/onboarding for staff or just after someone to fill the gap whilst people are on leave.

Of course we can look at longer-term options as well if that is your preference too!

I have an accounts person, can I just use StorKeeper for Management support?

Yes, you don’t have to use “all” of our services in order to use StorKeeper.

We fully adapt to your needs. For example: maybe you’ve already got a great front of house team but you’d like some support with business strategies and growth plans, we can assist. Likewise if you’ve got a team shortage and are just looking for someone to pay the bills, pay the team or take some overflow calls StorKeeper can assist in these roles as well.
